# OfficeHubb > Software for independent insurance agencies: pipeline, sales tracking, commissions, AI chat intake, and customer messaging, and an optional AI receptionist that answers the agency phone. It is built around the AMS and comparative rater an agency already runs, and the agency keeps both. Built by a third-generation insurance agency owner. Basics gives you AI that helps you run the office. Solo and The Full Package add AI that talks to your customers. Every package is free for 14 days. Prices are in US dollars per month; the yearly price is the per-month rate when billed for a year. ## What OfficeHubb does - Sales pipeline: a board of lead cards by stage, extra boards for renewals, cross-sell and win-back, and follow-ups that bring a card back on the date you pick. - Public agency page: every agency gets a page with a quote request form. On Solo and The Full Package the page also has an AI chat that asks the agency's own quote questions and takes down service requests. - Staff intake: a guided form your staff fills in with a client, using the agency's own products, carriers and questions. - Messages: email and texts a person sends from the lead card, in one thread. Business texting needs carrier registration first, which takes a few business days. - Outreach queue: follow-up messages proposed for your team to approve, edit or reject. On Solo and The Full Package the AI also drafts its own suggestions each day and a first reply to a new lead. - Sales and dashboards: every sale logged in one place, with dashboards and monthly goals. - Commissions and team tools (Basics and The Full Package): commission plans priced off logged sales, bonuses, split credit, team chat and direct messages, and leaderboards on the owner's dashboard. - Requests: a list of service work (ID cards, billing questions, policy changes) with a Done mark for each. - Google review requests your team sends from the app. - Agency AI: an assistant inside the app that answers questions from the agency's own data and can change a fixed list of settings after showing a preview. - A mobile companion installed from the web: client messages, outreach approvals and Agency AI. - AI receptionist (optional, on Solo and The Full Package): answers the agency phone when the office cannot. See "What the AI receptionist does on a call" below. ## How it works with your rater and management system OfficeHubb is built around the rater and the management system an agency already runs, and the agency keeps both. Management systems: HawkSoft, Applied Epic, AMS360, QQCatalyst, NowCerts, Agency Matrix, Newton, EZLynx Agency Management and E-Agent. Raters: PL Rating, Tarmika, EZLynx Rating, QuoteRUSH, Bolt, TurboRater and Ivantage. Any other rater or management system can be set as Other. Tell OfficeHubb which rater and management system you use, and OfficeHubb sets up the hand-off with you. - Lead to rater, on every package once the agency names its rater: the Quote button on a lead card copies the prospect's name, phone, email, address and every intake answer on the card to the clipboard, then opens the agency's rater in a new browser tab. The agent pastes and quotes. It works with any rater: for one set as Other, the button copies the same details and the agent opens the rater. - Sale to management system: after a sale is logged, one click opens the agency's management system at the sign-in page the agency saved, so the agent files the policy while it is fresh. Clicking Open marks the sale as filed; the agent can change the mark on the Records tab. - Finished intake to QuoteRUSH (Instant Quotes, new and optional on The Full Package, turned on by the agency): a finished home, auto or flood intake from the agency's website or its staff goes to the agency's QuoteRUSH account as a new lead, through the import credentials QuoteRUSH issues to the agency. An agency should check its first lead in QuoteRUSH before relying on it. - Personal auto intake to a TurboRater file (Instant Quotes, same package and switch, for an agency that picks TurboRater as its source): puts a TurboRater import file on the lead card for the agent to import. An agency should check its first import before relying on it. - Quote kept with the lead: a person adds each quote. A lead that went through Instant Quotes has a Quotes panel on its card for the carrier and the annual premium, and the prospect then sees up to three on a page of their own. On any other lead the agent notes the quote in the card's comments. - Leads in from a vendor: a lead vendor posts new leads to a web address unique to the agency. Each one becomes a card on the first stage of the sales pipeline, assigned to the next person in the lead rotation. - Leads and past sales in from a file: the agency sends a CSV, Excel or text PDF file, and OfficeHubb's support team loads it into the account. - Sales out: sale records download as a CSV file. Your management system stays the system of record. OfficeHubb opens it for your team; it does not read or change the records inside it. ## What it is not - Not an agency management system, on purpose. It keeps leads, sales and conversations. Your management system keeps clients and policies. - Not a rater. It does not rate, give a price, bind coverage or issue a policy. Quotes come from your rater and your carriers. - No e-signature. ## Packages ### Solo - Who it's for: One owner, or a husband-and-wife shop, tied to the phone. - Software only: $120 a month, or $100 a month billed yearly. - With the AI receptionist: $295 a month, or $245 a month billed yearly. A caller who asks is told it is an AI. - On a quote call it asks the office's own list of quote questions, one at a time. It is the same list the agency's web page asks. - On a service call it takes down what the office needs to handle the request: which policy, what is changing, the dates, and whether it is needed today. - It files the call where the team works. A quote call becomes a card on the sales pipeline. A service call becomes an item on Requests. Each has a summary and the recording. - It speaks English and Spanish. - It can read out a carrier's claims or billing phone number, or put the caller through to that number when the agency turns that on. - It never gives a price, never says what is covered, never changes a policy, never sends a document itself, and never takes a card, Social Security or driver's license number. - A phone call does not start Instant Quotes. ## How the AI receptionist is kept good - Changes to how the assistant speaks are run against a scripted exam of about fifty caller scenarios. Each call in the exam is graded. - A gate checks each hang-up the assistant asks for. It refuses when the assistant has just asked the caller something, or has just said what happens next and the caller has not replied. The assistant ends a call on its own only for a robocall, a sales pitch, a wrong number, a caller who has gone, or a long silence after its sign-off. - It never quotes a price, never says whether something is covered, never changes a policy, and never takes a card or Social Security number. Anything needing a licensed agent is handed to one. - Real call transcripts are graded with the same judge the exam uses, and a person reads the report to decide what becomes a fix or a new exam scenario. ## Insurance agencies on OfficeHubb For someone shopping for insurance: each agency on OfficeHubb has a public page and a machine-readable profile with its lines, carriers, license, languages and the ways to ask for a quote. - Directory of agencies (JSON): https://www.officehubb.net/agencies.json - Directory pages by state and town, for example "Insurance agents in Fort Myers, Florida": https://www.officehubb.net/agencies, then https://www.officehubb.net/agencies/{state}/{town} (https://www.officehubb.net/agencies/florida/fort-myers).
