What is the difference between the packages?
Basics gives you AI that helps you run the office. Solo and The Full Package add AI that talks to your customers. Basics ($179 a month) has the pipeline, sales tracking, commissions, team chat and leaderboards for up to 10 people. Solo ($120) has the pipeline and sales tracking plus AI chat intake on your website and automated outreach, for up to 3 people, with no team tools. The Full Package ($365) has all of it for up to 10 people.
Which package should I pick?
Basics: An agency with staff, getting organized. Solo: One owner, or a husband-and-wife shop, tied to the phone. The Full Package: A staffed agency that wants all of it. They are three kinds of agency, not three rungs of a ladder. Basics has commissions that Solo does not; Solo has AI intake that Basics does not.
What does the AI receptionist do?
It answers your agency line, in hours and after, and takes quote and service details. A quote call becomes a card on your pipeline. A service call becomes an item on your Requests page. Each one comes with a summary and the recording. It is optional on Solo and The Full Package. Solo includes 300 Standard talk minutes a month, for $295 all in. The Full Package includes 500 Elite talk minutes a month, for $585 all in. Basics does not carry it: it is AI that helps you run the office, not AI that talks to your customers.
What does the AI receptionist do on a call?
It tells the caller the call is recorded, and says it is an AI if they ask. For a quote, it asks your office’s own list of quote questions, one at a time. It is the same list your web page asks. For service, it takes down what your office needs to handle the request: which policy, what is changing, the dates, and whether it is needed today. Quote calls become cards on your pipeline. Service calls become items on your Requests page. Each one has a summary and the recording. It works in English and Spanish. It can read out a carrier’s claims or billing phone number, or put the caller through to it if you switch that on.
What does the receptionist never do?
It never gives a price. It never says what is covered. It never changes a policy. It never sends a document itself. It never takes a card number, a Social Security number or a driver’s license number. Anything that needs a licensed agent goes to one.
Can I add the receptionist later?
Yes, on Solo and The Full Package. Start on the software alone and add it from your billing page in one click, from $175 a month. No new contract. You can drop it the same way.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
You hear from us at 50%, 80%, 100%. Run out, and the next 100 minutes are $50, billed once. Auto-refill is optional. With it off, calls ring you and then go to voicemail. The line never goes dead.
Can I switch packages?
Yes. Change your package at any time from your billing settings. A move to a bigger bill takes effect right away. A move to a smaller bill takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you are on an older price, you keep it until you change package.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly saves about 17% on every package. The receptionist, where you add it, is a second line on the same bill, so you always see what the software costs and what the phone costs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every package is free for 14 days. A card is required to start, and it is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens if I hit the seat limit?
Basics comes with 10 seats, Solo 3, The Full Package 10. Need more? Add seats from your billing page at $25 a month each ($21 billed yearly).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you are on a yearly package, your access continues through the end of your billing period.
How do reward credits work?
Finish the setup checklist on your Dashboard, like adding a lead, logging a sale, and inviting a teammate, and $100 comes off your first bill. Each step you finish adds its share to your account credit. Every package qualifies.
Does every package include the agency landing page?
Yes. Every package comes with your own landing page and a web form. The AI chat intake on that page comes with Solo and The Full Package.
Will OfficeHubb replace my AMS or comparative rater?
No. OfficeHubb is built around them, and you keep both. Your AMS (HawkSoft, Applied Epic, AMS360 and more) and your rater (PL Rating, Tarmika, EZLynx Rating and more) stay exactly where they are. OfficeHubb handles the work around the quote: catching the lead, working it, and closing it. One click copies the lead and opens your rater, and one click after the sale opens your AMS.
Does OfficeHubb work with my rater and management system?
Yes. OfficeHubb is built around the rater and the management system you already use, and you keep both. Management systems: HawkSoft, Applied Epic, AMS360, QQCatalyst, NowCerts, Agency Matrix, Newton and EZLynx Agency Management. Raters: PL Rating, Tarmika, EZLynx Rating, QuoteRUSH, Bolt and TurboRater. Tell us which rater and management system you use, and we set up the hand-off with you. Once you name your rater, every lead card gets a Quote button. One click copies the prospect’s contact details and every intake answer on the card, then opens your rater in a new tab. You paste and quote. For any other rater it copies the same details and you open the rater yourself. After you log a sale, one click opens your management system at the sign-in page you saved, so you can file the policy while it is fresh. On The Full Package, Instant Quotes is a new option that sends a finished intake straight to your QuoteRUSH account as a new lead. It is new, so check your first lead in QuoteRUSH before you rely on it. Have a list already? Send us your leads or past sales as a CSV, an Excel file or a PDF with text in it, and our support team loads them for you. A lead vendor can post leads to a web address that belongs to your agency. Sale records export to CSV. Your management system stays your system of record. OfficeHubb opens it for you; it does not read or change the records inside it.
Do packages include customer email and texting?
Every package can email and text customers from your own agency number and address, with opt-outs, quiet hours and the TCPA rules handled for you. The automated outreach, where the AI drafts the follow-up and you approve it, comes with Solo and The Full Package.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every package gets in-app chat with AI help and email support, plus the help docs for setup and how-to guides.
