What comes with Solo, and what does not?
Included

- Your own agency web page that takes quote and service requests, with an AI chat that asks your quote questions.
- Email and texts from the lead card, in one thread, each checked against consent and opt-outs before it goes.
- An outreach queue that proposes follow-ups for your okay, and a first reply to each new lead.
- Sales logging, dashboards and monthly goals.
- Google review requests, Agency AI for questions about your own data, and the mobile companion.
Not included
- Commission plans
- Team chat and direct messages
- Leaderboards
Those are for an office with staff, on Basics and The Full Package. A one-person agency would never use them.
Your phone
Who answers the phone when you are the whole office?
You choose one of three ways to answer, and you can change it any day in Front Desk settings.
Office hours
In your hours your phone rings first. Press 1 to take the call, or let it go and Daisy or David answers. Outside your hours, your receptionist answers.
Ring me first all day
Your phone rings first on every call, at any hour. Daisy or David picks up whenever you do not.
Daisy or David always
Your receptionist answers every call, and you call back from your pipeline or your Requests page.
Going on vacation? Set an away date. Until then Daisy or David answers every call, tells a caller who asks when you are back, and still takes everything down. The day it ends, the line goes back to your usual mode on its own.
Who built it
Built by an agent who runs his own agency
Built by Tanner Huber, a third-generation insurance agent who runs his own agency in Punta Gorda, Florida. OfficeHubb was built inside that agency.
Questions owners ask
What does OfficeHubb cost for a one-person agency?
Solo is $120 a month for the software, or $295 a month with the AI receptionist and 300 talk minutes, for up to 3 people. Free for 14 days.
What is not included in Solo?
Commission plans, team chat and leaderboards. They are on Basics and The Full Package, for offices with staff.
Can I still answer my own phone?
Yes. In your office hours your phone rings first, and you press 1 to take the call. You can also have it ring you first all day, or have Daisy or David answer every call.
What happens when I go on vacation?
Set an away date, and Daisy or David answers every call until then and takes everything down. The day it ends, the line goes back to your usual setting on its own.
Does it replace my AMS or rater?
No. It is not an AMS and not a rater. One click copies a lead's details and opens your rater. After a sale, one click opens your AMS.
