Agency Landing Page
Your branded public page with AI chat, quote requests, Google reviews, and 24/7 lead capture.
Every OfficeHubb agency gets a branded public page at officehubb.net/agency/your-slug — a place to send prospects that captures leads around the clock.
What's on the page
- Your branding — agency name, logo, and description, rendered in your agency's chosen theme. An About Us panel shows your location, a tap-to-call phone number, and your website.
- What We Offer — the insurance products you've enabled, displayed as a clean grid.
- What Our Clients Say — your latest Google reviews, pulled in automatically once your Google Business listing is connected.
- Two ways in — Get a Quote for new prospects, and Chat with Us, which also welcomes *existing clients* who need service help (policy questions, billing, claims) and routes their request to your team.
Getting a quote
On Solo and The Full Package, prospects who click Get a Quote are met by your AI assistant: a natural conversation that collects their name, the products they need, the intake questions your agency has enabled, and their contact details. It's available at midnight, on weekends, and when every line is busy. On Basics, Get a Quote opens a quote-request form that covers the same essentials.
If the AI chat is ever unavailable, Get a Quote falls back to that same quote-request form.
Either way, prospects can opt in to text updates as part of the flow, with the proper consent language handled for you — and every agency automatically gets a matching privacy page at officehubb.net/agency/your-slug/privacy, no setup required.
Your team stays in the loop
On Solo and The Full Package, the moment a prospect sends their first message, your team is notified. Anyone can jump into the conversation live. The prospect sees a real person has joined, and the AI steps back.
When intake finishes (the chat ends, or the form is sent), a pipeline card is created automatically with everything collected: answers, the transcript when there is one, and contact details. It is assigned to the requested agent or by round robin.
Chats are resilient, too: if a prospect closes the tab or loses signal mid-conversation, they can pick up where they left off, and abandoned conversations are still captured as leads.
AI assistants can start a request for you
More people ask their own AI assistant to find insurance. On Solo and The Full Package, an assistant can find your agency, ask your own quote questions, and send the person's request to you with their consent. It lands on your board like a request from your page, marked AI Access with the name of the assistant that sent it, and goes to the agent they asked for or by round robin. When your agency has Instant Quotes on, the quotes can come back to the assistant in minutes; when it does not, the assistant is told when an agent will quote. An existing client's assistant can also send a service request, which lands in Requests.
Assistants never give consent to texts: your team reaches the person by phone or email. Social Security, driver license and Medicare numbers are refused. You can turn requests from assistants off in Settings, Agency, AI Access; your public profile stays up either way.
Be found when people ask a free AI assistant
Most people ask a free assistant, like ChatGPT, something like "I need a home insurance agent near me." Its answer starts with a short list from local listings on Google and Bing, ranked by ratings and reviews, then quotes the agencies' own pages. Your page already helps: it says in plain sentences where your office is, what you offer, how many carriers you work with (from your own carrier list), your languages and hours, and, while your phone receptionist is on, that calls are answered around the clock. It also gives assistants start links, such as officehubb.net/agency/your-slug/start?for=quote&line=home, that open your page with the chat already on that quote and a line saying their assistant sent them. Those leads are marked "Started from an AI assistant's link." Your agency is also listed on the directory pages, such as "Insurance agents in Punta Gorda, Florida", at officehubb.net/agencies, on the page of every town it serves.
The listings are yours to claim. About twenty minutes, plus the days Google and Bing take to check:
- Write down your agency's exact name, street address, main phone and office hours. Use the same words and numbers everywhere.
- Claim your Google Business Profile at business.google.com, or find your office on Google Maps and choose "Claim this business." Pick Insurance agency as the main category, add your phone and hours, and put your OfficeHubb page in the Website box.
- Ask happy clients for Google reviews with your review link. The number of reviews matters. Never offer a gift for a review.
- Open Bing Places (bingplaces.com) and choose Import from Google Business Profile. Bing verifies it when Google already has. Allow 7 to 12 days.
- Claim your office on Apple Business (business.apple.com) for Apple Maps, with the same facts.
- If your listings point at your own website, add a link from it to your OfficeHubb page. The card below has a "Start a quote" button to paste in.
- In Settings, Agency, AI Access, open "Be found by assistants." Paste your Google profile link. The towns you serve are suggested from your address; edit them any time, or add another office. Copy the facts to type into each listing, and press "Preview what an assistant sees."
- When your hours or phone change, change them everywhere on the same day.
