Google Reviews
Connect your Google Business listing, send review requests, and show reviews on your public page.
OfficeHubb makes asking a client for a Google review one click, right when the work is done. Connect your Google Business listing once; after that every ask carries your direct review link and counts for the person who sent it.
Connecting your Google Business listing
In Settings → Agency → Google Business (owner only), OfficeHubb searches Google for your agency by name and you tap "This is mine." Connecting can also pre-fill your address, phone, and website, and sets up your direct review link. The same step is offered during onboarding.
Asking for a review
The ask shows up at the moments it makes sense:
- After a finished request. Check Done on a service request on the Requests page, and the row asks: "Ask Maria for a Google review?"
- From a client's card. Open a card on the Sales Pipeline and press Ask for a review.
- On the Google Reviews page (in the sidebar) or from Ask a client on the Sales dashboard. Search a recent sale, a finished request, or a card by name, phone, or email, or type someone in.
Each ask is one click: Email (a short email from you with a Leave a Google review button; type an email in if we don't have one), Text (only when the client's card has a mobile number and texting consent), Copy link (a short message with your link to paste into your own text or email), or Not now.
The ask is offered after every sale and every finished request, and you decide. OfficeHubb never asks the client how happy they are first: Google doesn't allow asking only the clients you think are happy.
If someone on your team asked the same client in the last 30 days, OfficeHubb holds the new ask and tells you who asked and when. Emails and texts pass the same checks as the rest of OfficeHubb's messaging (opt-outs, sending hours, limits), and every email has an unsubscribe link. Asking is on every package.
Your link, QR code and asks sent
The Google Reviews page has your direct link to copy, a QR code to print for the front desk, and a line to read to a client on the phone. Asks sent lists every ask (who asked, which client, Email, Text or Link) and ranks your team by asks in the last 30 days or all time. Credit is for asking; Google doesn't allow review targets for staff, so there are none.
Reviews come back to you
- Google Reviews page, Reviews tab: your reviews and a link to see them all on Google. Google shares the 5 most relevant reviews with OfficeHubb, not every review.
- Sales dashboard: your rating and review count, this month's asks and the newest review, on the Reviews and asks card.
- Your public landing page: your latest reviews, automatically.
- Notifications: the team is told when a new review lands. Reviews refresh daily.
Is there an automatic follow-up?
No. The ask is offered right after a sale or a finished request, and someone on your team sends it. Nothing is sent later on its own.
