Dashboards & Goals

Daily home briefings, sales analytics with medal leaderboards, and agency goals that keep the monthly target visible.

OfficeHubb turns your agency's activity into dashboards your team will actually look at: the month's numbers the moment you open the app, leaderboards, and agency goals that keep the target in front of everyone.

Where you land

Opening OfficeHubb takes you straight to a dashboard. Owners and managers rotate day to day between the Sales dashboard, the Leads dashboard and the Team page; sales staff rotate between Sales and Leads; service staff open on Requests, where their work is. The same page never comes up three days running. Your logo and Dashboard at the top of the sidebar always go to the Sales dashboard.

The Sales dashboard

On every package, first in the sidebar:

  • The Scoreboard: this month's premium, big, with policies and the average policy. Premium and policies are marked up or down against the same point last month.
  • Agency goals: one bar per goal with a flag at the target, the percent so far, and the business days left in the month.
  • Reviews and asks: your Google rating and review count, the newest review in a speech bubble, the review asks your team sent this month, and a button to ask a client.
  • Recent sales: the latest six, with See all for the rest. Early in the month, last month's sales fill in under them.
  • Premium trend: the last six months, with your best month marked.
  • Leaderboards: a small board each for premium, policies, new business, review asks and more, with gold, silver and bronze for the top three. The owner picks which boards are on. Leaderboards are part of Basics and The Full Package.
  • Customer types and Policies by carrier: two donut charts with the counts: new, existing and rewrite business, and your top carriers or products.

The owner can drag the cards into a different order, and filters (teammate, dates) narrow the view. The owner also sees the setup checklist there until it is finished.

Team privacy is the default: rankings and per-person numbers are visible to owners and managers; staff see agency-level numbers.

Leads and Team

  • Leads (every package): every way people reach you, on one page. The top shows the month's new leads (calls your receptionist took, website chats, requests from a person's own AI assistant, your website quote form and the intake forms your staff ran) against this time last month, with service requests and the share reached within an hour beside it (new leads and service requests together, with each one's count under it). Imported leads and cards added by hand are listed, never counted as new leads.
  • Under that: Where leads come from, one row per way in with a plain line each (for example "37 calls, 20 after hours"); Speed to lead, how fast people hear back: for quote leads, the time to the first call, text or email logged in OfficeHubb; for service requests, the time until the request is marked done; and how many of each are still waiting a day later; leaderboards for Leads taken, Fastest to reach out and Forms completed; Recent leads; a six-month Leads trend; the Lines asked for; and When they come in, the leads by hour of the day with your office hours shaded, so you can see how many arrive while the office is closed. The owner picks which groups show and their order.
  • How speed counts: A call counts when it is logged on the card or made from its Call button. A request counts when it is marked done.
  • Team (owners and managers, Basics and The Full Package): the month's Scoreboard, a heat map of who did what, monthly quota progress when quotas are set, and Cost and return: what a teammate costs in a year and what they bring in, in three short steps, with the full five-year picture one click away.

Agency goals

The owner sets up to two goals for the agency: a premium goal (dollars this month) and a product goal (policies of a chosen type, any policy, or vehicles), and chooses whether hitting either or both counts.

  • Goal bars on the Sales dashboard fill toward a flag at the target, with a thin mark for where today's pace should be (point at it for On pace or Behind pace), and say "Goal met" once you pass it.
  • Hourly reminders: a small progress card slides down for everyone about once an hour, keeps the target visible for a few seconds, and gets out of the way.

Goals reset each calendar month. Progress counts sold business; rejected sales never count.

Your weekly recap

Every Monday at 7 AM your time, everyone on the team gets one short email about the week that just ended: one chart, picked because it is the most interesting thing that happened (a record, a streak, a call your receptionist caught after hours, a goal met) and not something shown in the last few weeks.

  • Owners and managers get a second card in the same email, headed For you, with a chart just for them, such as how last month compares or the sales waiting for approval.
  • The first time each person opens OfficeHubb that week, a pop-up shows one more chart, different from both cards in the email. It shows once; closing it is final for the week.
  • Anyone can turn it off in Settings, Notifications (the Weekly recap row). Off stops the email and the pop-up.

Staff appear by first name only, and no client's name, phone or email is ever in the recap.
