Settings, Team & Billing
Manage agency profile details, team roles, and billing settings with a simple overview of what each area controls.
Agency settings
The Settings area is organized into tabs. Everyone gets Profile (name, photo, password, email preferences); the owner also gets Team, Agency, and Advanced.
The Agency tab controls how prospects and staff experience OfficeHubb: branding and logo, your Google Business connection, your theme, your carrier list, and your AMS and rater links (so quote and filing shortcuts open the right tools).
Team management
OfficeHubb has four roles:
- Agent (owner) — full control: team, billing, commission plans, bonuses, agency settings.
- Management — runs the day-to-day: forms, products, sale records, the lead archive, and agency-wide boards.
- Sales — the pipeline, their own sales and commission dashboard, messaging on their own leads.
- Service — pipeline access and service credit on sales.
The owner invites teammates by email, assigns roles, and can change them anytime. Each package includes seats: 10 on Basics, 3 on Solo, 10 on The Full Package. When seat add-ons are enabled for your account, you can add seats to any package from Billing.
Billing
Billing is managed at the agency level, by the owner, entirely self-serve: subscribe, switch monthly/yearly, update payment details, download invoices, or cancel — no phone call required. Your package (Basics, Solo, or The Full Package) determines which features appear throughout the product. The three are built for different offices, not steps on a ladder: Basics has the team tools (commissions, team chat, leaderboards) and no AI that talks to your customers; Solo has the customer-facing AI (the AI chat intake on your landing page, the AI's own outreach suggestions and the instant first touch on new leads) and no team tools; The Full Package has both. The AI receptionist is an optional add-on on Solo and The Full Package.
Your notepad, bookmarks, and phone
- A personal notepad and an agency-wide bookmarks bar live in the top bar on every page. The notepad holds free-text notes and has no folders in it. The bookmarks bar is separate: anyone can click a folder and open its links, but only the owner can add or rename bookmark folders and links, using the "+ Add folder" button on the bar itself.
- Get the mobile app from your avatar menu — scan the QR code and OfficeHubb installs to your phone's home screen. See the mobile guide.
Common questions
Why can one teammate see a feature I cannot? Role permissions and your package both affect what appears in the app.
Where do we update team access? Settings → Team, for the owner.
Can staff see each other's numbers? By default, team rankings and per-agent analytics are visible to owners and managers only — staff see agency-level trends and their own performance.
